The Masked Singer Season 10 returned on Wednesday for Trolls Night, as the remaining members of Group C sang boy band bops to celebrate the new movie Trolls Band Together. This episode also introduced us to wildcard Cuddle Monster, who was unmasked as former basketball player Metta World Peace.
Cuddle Monster Unmasked on The Masked Singer Trolls Night
During Wednesday’s episode, we were introduced to the final wildcard contestant of the season — Cuddle Monster. He happened to have the biggest costume in The Masked Singer history, and the panel was absolutely obsessed with him.
Cuddle Monster performed “You Got It (The Right Stuff)” by New Kids on the Block, which excited Jenny McCarthy (who is married to NKOTB member Donnie Wahlberg). The performance couldn’t quite compare to those of his competitors in Group C, so he was put into the Smackdown with Anteater.
Earlier in the show, Anteater performed “I Want It That Way” by the Backstreet Boys and teased that they were in a “Hall of Fame.” For the Smackdown, Anteater and Cuddle Monster both performed “Can’t Stop the Feeling” by Justin Timberlake. Anteater was chosen to move on the Group C Finals.
That meant that Cuddle Monster had to be unmasked. The panel all seemed to agree that it was a basketball player under the mask (with guesses including Dennis Rodman and Shaquille O’Neal), but none of them figured out that it was Metta World Peace, aka Ron Artest.

Candelabra, Donut Move on to Group C Finals
In addition to Anteater, Candelabra and Donut will also be moving on to the Group C Finals. During Wednesday’s episode, Candelabra delivered a powerful performance of “All My Life” by K-Ci & JoJo. Host Nick Cannon said he felt like he knew the celebrity under the mask.
Later, Donut got emotional as they shared that they sadly lost their soulmate. They delivered a heartfelt performance of “I Do (Cherish You)” by 98 Degrees that moved the panelists. Donut’s performance was impressive enough to send them through to the next round.
